Job summary

Responsibilities

• Answer or receive customer requests via calls/chat/hotline/mail/tickets, and provide timely solutions per SOP.
• Resolve cases within authority or escalate to the appropriate team as needed.
• Maintain records of customer interactions and process accounts/documents.
