Job summary

First Focus, Philippines-based, is seeking a skilled cloud infrastructure specialist to own private cloud environments for the US team. You will handle provisioning, configuration, and troubleshooting on Nutanix AHV, while serving as the second-level escalation point and ensuring smooth handovers from the Australian team.

You will work the night shift (US business hours) with weekends off, collaborating across Azure and hybrid cloud workloads, Juniper networks, and automation improvements to

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years in private cloud infrastructure across multi-client environments.
• Hands-on with Nutanix AHV or similar hyperconverged infra.
• Juniper Networks (Junos OS) or equivalent networking.
• Azure or AWS experience, hybrid-cloud context.
• PowerShell, Python, or Bash scripting.
• Clear, confident English, written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Act as second-level escalation for cloud and infrastructure issues from the US service desk.
• Own full lifecycle of private cloud environments built on Nutanix AHV.
• Manage Juniper Networks infrastructure.
• Support Microsoft Azure and hybrid workloads.
• Drive monitoring, automation, and documentation improvements.
• Participate in shift handovers with Australian team.
• Work night shift aligned to US business hours.
