Qualifications

• Extensive hands-on Nutanix HCI experience with AHV and Prism.

• Windows Server and Linux administration in virtualized data centers.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes and ITSM tools.
• Analytical approach to troubleshooting complex infra issues.

Responsibilities

• Provide L3 Nutanix support for AHV/Prism clusters.
• Lead incident and problem management for critical infrastructure.
• Plan changes and maintenance with risk assessments and CAB approvals.
• Optimize performance and capacity of Nutanix environments.
• Create and maintain runbooks and knowledge base articles.
