Private Advertiser is seeking a Customer Success Associate to manage a portfolio of employer clients, providing consultative support, negotiation, and coordination to maximize hiring success and long-term value.

You will build strong client relationships, understand hiring needs, optimize job postings, monitor activity, and pursue opportunities to upsell and increase platform usage, while meeting quality and productivity targets.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in customer success, account management, or related roles.
• Strong client management and negotiation skills.
• Consultative and sales-oriented mindset.
• Excellent English communication and client-facing skills.
• Experience using CRM and data to track activities.

Responsabilités

• Manage and build relationships with employer clients.
• Understand client hiring needs and recommend solutions.
