Responsibilities

• Perform daily cash reconciliations for assigned accounts and resolve discrepancies.
• Update reconciliation reports to ensure accuracy of records.
• Provide data entry support and monitor reconciliation exceptions.
• Collaborate with the team to meet KPIs and SLAs for reconciliation.
• Escalate unresolved issues to senior staff for investigation.
• Document processes to ensure consistency and compliance.
