GoTeam is seeking a Billing and Collection Specialist for Finance Operations in Cebu City. The role is hybrid with a night shift (12:00 AM – 9:00 AM, Tuesday to Saturday) and involves ensuring billing accuracy, timely invoice creation, and effective collections coordination across high-volume finance operations.

You will work with contracts, SOWs, MSAs, and various billing terms, while collaborating with internal stakeholders and finance leads to maintain revenue integrity and reporting

Formación

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 2–3 years billing and collections experience in a structured finance environment.
• Hands-on experience creating invoices, purchase orders, credit memos, and billing docs.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills for reporting and billing analysis.
• Knowledge of XERO, QuickBooks, MYOB, or similar platforms.
• Experience handling high-volume billing cycles and account reconciliation processes.
• Strong attention to detail when reviewing contracts, rates, and billing terms.

Responsabilidades

• Generate invoices, purchase orders, and credit memos based on approved billing requirements.
• Review contracts, SOWs, and billing terms to validate charges and payment conditions.
• Verify invoice accuracy before endorsement for senior review.
• Maintain organized billing documentation and updated tracking files.
• Perform account receivable reconciliations and discrepancy reviews.
