Job summary

Orkestra Communications is seeking a motivated BDR to partner with major U.S. telecommunications providers and create new business opportunities in the U.S. market. You will engage U.S. SMBs, qualify needs, and set qualified appointments for our sales teams.

No prior sales experience is required; we will train you on products and processes. A permanent U.S. night shift is required, and performance incentives accompany successful results. Orkestra offers a structured career path from BDR to AE.

Qualifications

• Experience: At least 1-2 years of BPO experience (voice/customer-facing roles preferred).
• Excellent verbal and written English skills with the confidence to speak to U.S. business professionals.
• Goal-oriented, competitive, resilient against rejection, and open to continuous coaching.
• Ready to work a permanent U.S. night shift.

Responsibilities

• Prospect & Engage: Connect with small and mid-sized U.S. businesses via outbound outreach.
• Qualify & Discover: Learn how to ask the right discovery questions to identify customer needs and handle objections.
• Set Appointments: Schedule highly qualified meetings for our advanced sales teams.
• Manage Pipelines: Maintain accurate customer data within our CRM.
