Genfinity, a consulting and workforce solutions firm serving the Philippine BPM industry, is seeking a US Registered Nurse (USRN) with at least 1 year of US healthcare BPO/CPO experience to support healthcare operations for a US-based client.

The role involves handling clinical and administrative tasks, reviewing and documenting patient or member information, coordinating with healthcare stakeholders, and ensuring accurate and timely completion of processes.

Qualifications

• Active Nursing license in the Philippines and in the mainland US.
• Minimum of 1 year US healthcare experience in Workers’ Compensation, Utilization Review, Case Management, or related operations
• Strong written and verbal English communication
• Excellent attention to detail and documentation skills
• Willing to train in Makati or Pasig Office
• Amenable to work Monday to Friday on US business hours

We are looking for a US Registered Nurse (USRN) with at least 1 year of US healthcare BPO/CPO experience to support healthcare operations for one of our US-based clients. The role involves handling clinical and administrative healthcare tasks, reviewing and documenting patient or member information, coordinating with healthcare stakeholders, and ensuring accurate and timely completion of assigned processes.
