Job summary

Extend Your Team in Manila is seeking a detail-oriented accounting analyst to reconcile daily credit card and deposit activity and support the Controller with month-end close and tax filings. Candidates should have 7–10 years of accounting experience, proficiency with Excel and Google Sheets, superb communication, and English fluency.

This night-shift role runs on US Pacific time; residency in the Philippines is required.

Qualifications

• Prior experience reconciling credit card and deposit transactions.
• Experience with month-end close processes.
• Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets.
• Strong communication, collaboration and problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in English and excellent written communication.

Responsibilities

• Reconciling credit card and deposit transactions daily, including purchases, interest, fees and money movements.
• Providing financial audit support to the Controller.
• Assisting with month-end close, including journal entries, reconciliations and tax filings.
• Documenting and creating standard operating procedures.
