Greensafe International Pte Ltd in Santo Niño 1st, Nueva Ecija, is seeking a Kitchen/Facilities Helper to support cookery rooms and classroom practicality. You will prepare materials, maintain cleanliness, update inventories, and assist in receiving food from vendors.

The role requires at least 3 years of relevant experience, a WSQ Food Safety Level 1 certificate, and strong teamwork and kitchen hygiene awareness.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare materials for cookery lessons, practicals, assessments and ALP programmes.
• Maintain and sanitise two cookery rooms, preparation room, and container cabin.
• Update teachers on perishables and dry goods for ordering.
• Maintain and update inventories of kitchen equipment and utensils.
• Assist in receiving food from vendors and filing documents in cookery rooms.
• Report facility issues/safety risks to the coordinator.
• Standby during practical sessions to assist teachers.
• Ensure kitchens are locked and utilities turned off after class.

Working hour

• Mon to Thurs: 7.15 am to 4.15 pm
• Fri: 7.15 am to 3.45 pm

Key Roles

• Prepare materials for cookery lessons, practicals, assessments, and ALP programmes

• Daily maintenance, cleaning, and sanitising of two cookery rooms, preparation room, and container cabin

• Clean and tidy cookery rooms

• Update teachers on perishables and dry goods for ordering

• Maintain and update inventories of kitchen equipment and utensils

• Filing and compile documents in cookery rooms

• Assist in receiving food from vendors

• Report facility issues/safety risks to FCE/NFS Coordinator

• Standby during practical sessions to assist teachers

• Check kitchens are locked and electricity/gas turned off after class

• Any duties assigned by the school

Requirements

• At least 3 years' relevant working experience

• Valid WSQ Food Safety Course Level 1 certificate

• Good interpersonal skills and a team player

• Good food hygiene and kitchen safety awareness
