Goldilocks Bakeshop Inc. is seeking a dedicated Store Opening Project Manager to lead new store openings from site approval to grand opening. You will coordinate across Construction, Engineering, Marketing, HR, IT, and Operations to ensure readiness and timely launches.

Lead and manage new store opening projects from site approval to grand opening.
Coordinate with Construction, Engineering, Operations, Marketing, HR, IT, and other departments to ensure store readiness.
Develop and monitor timelines, budgets, and project milestones for store openings.
Ensure completion of store fixtures, equipment installation, merchandising, and operational setup.
Work closely with HR in manpower planning, recruitment, and training for new store teams.
Conduct store readiness assessments and resolve issues before opening.
Coordinate permits, licenses, and compliance requirements with relevant government agencies.
Monitor opening expenses and ensure alignment with approved budgets.
Support grand opening activities and ensure smooth transition to store operations.
Prepare regular project status reports and updates for management.
Identify opportunities to improve store opening processes and operational efficiency.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Engineering, or related field.
At least 3-5 years of experience in retail operations, project management, store development, or new store openings.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
Willing to travel frequently and conduct site visits.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
