Job summary

AbbVie is seeking a Senior Product Specialist - Neuroscience in the Philippines to develop and manage ophthalmologist, neurologist, and physiatrist training programs. The role emphasizes adherence to training guidance, post-training follow-up, and KPI-driven efficiency with the sales manager and marketing teams.

You will coordinate with ISM and regional resources to deliver high-quality training, manage territory activities, and drive product knowledge, with regular reporting and collaboration

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or science field preferred.
• 3–5 years of sales/marketing or pharmaceutical experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills required.

Responsibilities

• Develop training journeys for ophthalmologists, neurologists, and physiatrists.
• Ensure adherence to training guidance during journeys and post-training follow-up with surgeons.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and ISM teams to optimize training efficiency and KPIs.
• Plan effective territory call cycles and maintain territory records for timely reporting.
• Present specialized trainings and coordinate dry/wet/live labs, including post-event reporting.
