Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum of two years of relevant experience in Network Administration, Systems Administration, or Infrastructure Support.
• Strong knowledge of networking, cybersecurity, servers, and cloud technologies.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain secure and scalable network infrastructures.
• Configure, deploy, and optimize routers, switches, firewalls, wireless networks, and related technologies.
• Monitor network performance and availability.
• Conduct root cause analysis and resolve network incidents.
• Maintain network documentation and standards.
• Administer servers, operating systems, enterprise applications, virtualization platforms, and cloud environments.
• Monitor system health and infrastructure performance.
• Manage configurations, deployments, upgrades, and maintenance activities.
• Support virtualization and cloud environments.
• Maintain IT infrastructure reliability and operational efficiency.
• Implement cybersecurity controls including firewalls, VPNs, and authentication systems.
• Conduct vulnerability assessments and patch management.
• Enforce information security policies and compliance standards.
• Monitor security events and investigate incidents.
• Support disaster recovery and business continuity initiatives.
• Provide advanced technical support for hardware, software, and infrastructure concerns.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and implement solutions.
• Support end users through training, guidance, and documentation.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers for escalated concerns.
• Maintain service quality and continuous improvement.
• Develop and maintain backup and recovery procedures.
• Perform backup validation and recovery testing.
• Maintain business continuity documentation.
• Evaluate continuity risks and recommend improvements.
• Coordinate with vendors, ISPs, and service providers.
• Support infrastructure projects and technology implementations.
• Participate in procurement planning and budgeting activities.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend improvements.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives.
