Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and troubleshoot the company's network infrastructure, including switches, routers, and firewalls.
• Maintain and Monitor Company Website, Proxy Server, and WebCRM
• Monitor network performance, identify issues, and implement solutions to ensure optimal connectivity.
• Manage and maintain the organization's servers, both physical and virtual.
• Manage and maintain organization’s software for Corporate Services, Finance, and Operations
• Perform routine backups, updates, and patch management to ensure data integrity and system stability.
• Provide technical support to employees, assisting with hardware and software issues.
• Install, configure, and upgrade hardware and software components as needed.
• Implement and enforce IT security policies and procedures to safeguard sensitive company data.
• Stay updated on industry regulations and compliance standards, ensuring the company's adherence.
• Administer user accounts, permissions, and access controls across various systems and applications.
• Ensure employee onboarding and offboarding processes are efficient and secure.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of network configurations, hardware inventory, and software licenses.
• Create user guides and manuals to assist employees in IT-related matters.
• Participate in IT projects, including system upgrades, migrations, and implementation of new technologies.
• Contribute to project planning, execution, and post-implementation support.
• Point of Contact for any IT-Related concerns
• Perform other tasks as may be assigned
