Job summary

PROMEX INC. is seeking a capable IT Systems Administrator to manage and support a broad range of systems, including servers, networks and associated services. You will monitor, troubleshoot and maintain infrastructure to ensure high availability and performance.

Responsibilities span firewall/security, IPTV and streaming, PABX/VOIP, VSAT, CCTV, AV/Lighting, home automation, video conferencing, monitoring, logging, backups and data protection, plus documentation and inventory management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer/Telecommunication Engineering or similar.
• Diploma or Bachelor’s in Electronics & Communications Engineering, IT, CS, Networking or related field.
• Relevant professional IT certifications are a plus.
• Proven experience in System Administration or Network Administration.

• Administration, monitoring, troubleshooting, maintenance and support of servers and network infrastructure.
• Management of routers, switches, firewall and network security, IPTV/Streaming, PABX/VOIP, VSAT, CCTV and security systems.
• Backup and data protection; IoT/Smart technology; hardware and software troubleshooting; installation, configuration and upgrade; preventive maintenance; fault diagnosis; user and technical support; documentation and inventory.

• Backup and Data Protection, IOT/Smart Technology Systems, Hardware and Software Troubleshooting, System installation, configuration and upgrade, Preventive Maintenance and Fault Diagnosis, User and Technical Support, Documentation, Inventory

Qualification

• A minimum of 2 year(s) of working experience is required.
• Candidates must be a Bachelor's / College Degree holder in Engineering(Computer/Telecommunication); Engineering(Electrical/Electronic) or similar fields.
• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, Networking, Systems Administration or a related field.
• Relevant professional IT certifications will be an advantage.
• Proven experience in System Administration, Network Administration or a similar technical position.
• Strong hands-on troubleshooting experience.
