Job summary

SROCI in Clark, Pampanga is seeking a Systems Administrator to manage firmware upgrades, server/VMware/Xen environments, and network security. The role involves maintaining uptime, implementing backups, coordinating with vendors, and deploying PCs.

You will work onsite with cross-functional teams, handle incident resolution, document network diagrams, and ensure policy compliance. A Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT and 3+ years of experience with Windows/Linux servers, AD, VOIP, and Cisco networks are

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate with staff on a technical level and non-technical level.
• Experience in system administration and Active Directory.
• Minimum of three years relevant work experience in systems administration.
• Knowledge of Windows Server, Linux, VMware, Xen, VOIP, and Call Center tech.
• Familiarity with Cisco network configurations and network firewalls.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in CS/IT or related field; certifications listed above.

• Manages firmware upgrades of the servers and network equipment Determines technical architectural designs Windows and Linux server management Network management and support Monitors systems for intrusions, problems, outages, etc. to ensure continued up-time Maintains the network diagram.
• Monitoring and optimizing the performance of the various systems
• Planning and implementing backup and recovery of network switch configuration
• Performs wiring terminations of network cable.
• Contacting vendors for technical support
• Deploy and maintains PCs.
• Enrolling users and maintaining system and network security
• Thorough knowledge of applicable Company and departmental policies and procedures as well as the willingness to learn and follow any policy or procedure that may be introduced in the future.
• Maintain an open line of communication with all team members in all levels.
• Maintain a positive and professional demeanor during all interactions with guest, fellow Team Members, and Vendors.
