Job summary

CITADEL Pacific Ltd. is seeking a Technical Support Specialist – Network to monitor, maintain, and support our network infrastructure across multiple sites.

You will work with the Network Administration, Server and Security teams to identify and resolve incidents while supporting ongoing infrastructure and security initiatives. The role covers network operation, implementation, security, incident management, documentation, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Information Technology or Computer Science.
• 1–3 years of network support experience.
• Experience with enterprise networks and multi-site environments.
• Knowledge of TCP/IP, VLANs, routing, switching and wireless networks.
• Familiarity with firewall technologies (Fortinet, Sophos, Cisco) and network monitoring tools.

Responsibilities

• Monitor network performance and availability across all sites.
• Provide Level 1–2 support for network-related incidents and requests.
• Troubleshoot connectivity, performance, and access issues.
• Escalate complex issues to senior network administrators when necessary.
• Assist in installation, configuration, and maintenance of routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless devices.
• Support network deployment for new sites and expansions.
• Ensure proper network configuration and adherence to standards.
• Assist in managing network security tools and enforcing IT security standards and policies.
• Manage incidents, requests, and service tickets based on priority and SLA.
• Maintain updated network documentation including diagrams, configurations, and SOPs.
• Participate in design discussions and plan improvements for performance, scalability, and security.
