Job summary

You will collaborate with Network Administration, Server and Security teams to identify and mitigate incidents and support security initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in IT or CS; CCNA preferred.
• 1–3 years of relevant network experience.
• Experience with enterprise networks and multi-site environments.
• Familiarity with firewall and security systems.

Responsibilities

• Monitor network performance across sites.
• Provide Level 1–2 network support and incident handling.
• Troubleshoot connectivity, performance, and access issues.
• Assist in installation, configuration, and maintenance of routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless devices.
• Support network deployment for new sites and expansions.
• Manage network security tools and enforce IT security standards.
• Maintain network documentation and SOPs.
