The ideal candidate has 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience maintaining network operations, configuring firewalls, and securing IT environments. You will be responsible for ensuring the availability and integrity of our systems by implementing security policies and troubleshooting network issues.

Responsibilities

• Device Management: Configure, install, and manage Cisco network devices including routers, switches, and firewalls.
• Security Implementation: Enforce network security protocols, including configuring VPNs, Access Control Lists (ACLs), and NAT rules.
• Incident Response & Support: Troubleshoot and resolve Tier-2/3 network issues, identify security incidents, and assist with root cause analysis.
• System Maintenance: Perform routine network maintenance, firmware upgrades, and security patch management on Cisco and related security hardware.
• Monitoring & Auditing: Monitor network performance, track security alerts, and run audits to identify vulnerabilities.
• Documentation: Maintain up-to-date network diagrams, configuration backups, and security policies.

Qualifications

• Experience: 2 to 3 years of professional, hands-on experience in network engineering and security administration.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
