Job summary

First Datacorp is seeking a Network Support Specialist to deliver 1st level network support, fault isolation, and on-site assistance during maintenance across multiple offices. You will escalate issues to 2nd level support and service providers while managing IT incidents and requests.

The role requires 2+ years of relevant experience, hands-on ITSM tools usage, and willingness to travel to regional offices for short assignments, with a project-based engagement through May 2029.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least 2 years of experience in network support or related field.
• Willing to be assigned to regional offices for 1–2 weeks per assignment.
• Hands-on experience with ITSM tools.
• Project-based role until May 2029.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1st level network support and diagnose faults.
• Escalate network issues to 2nd level support and Authorized Service Providers.
• Provide on-site support during Network Preventive Maintenance schedules.
• Manage and monitor network-related service requests and IT incidents/requests.
• Generate ad hoc and periodic network operation reports including Power BI reports.

• Provides escalation of network-related issues to 2nd level support and Authorized Service Providers
• Provide on-site support during Network Preventive Maintenance schedules in all Offices;
• Facilitate the management and monitoring of network-related service requests and incidents or Assists in managing and monitoring of IT-related Incidents and IT Service Requests ;
• Facilitate the management and monitoring of network availability and service performance.
• Generates ad hoc and periodic network operational reports including Power BI interactive reports

Minimum Qualifications

• Graduate of any Bachelor's degree
• With at least 2 years of experience in the related field
• Willing to be assigned in our client's regional offices (Assignment is usually 1-2 weeks)
• With hands-on experience in using ITSM tools
• Willing to be hired on a project-based role until May 2029.
