Job summary

Qualifications

• 3 years in network industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle after-sales issues by phone, email, chat for Wi-Fi/Switch/Router and other product issues.
• Support the service needs of system integrators (SI), sub distributors, and resellers (VARs) with the global team.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and protect brand image.
• Communicate effectively with customers and address feedback and complaints.
