The role requires strong networking knowledge (switching, routing, WLAN, network security) with certifications preferred and English communication skills; you'll collaborate with global teams and aim for high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Solid knowledge of switching, routing, WLAN and network security technologies, with in-depth expertise in at least one technical area.
• Proficiency equivalent to or higher than RCNP, HCNP or CCNP is required.
• Strong customer-service awareness and team-player mindset, with a passion for technical exploration; able to keep learning and grow professionally in technical areas.
• Strong communication and coordination skills; capable of handling customer feedback and resolving customer complaints.
• Good communication skills in English.
