ReSource Pro is expanding its IT Infrastructure team in Mandaluyong, Philippines, to design, implement, and manage secure, high‑performing platforms across internal and US client systems.

The role requires hands-on networking experience with Cisco and Huawei products, strong problem‑solving skills, and the ability to work in a fast‑paced environment while supporting security, BC planning, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Requires CCNA certification; CCNP or equivalent advanced networking certification preferred
• 4 years IT experience with at least 2 years in networking and hands-on project involvement
• Strong expertise in Cisco (ASA, IOS, switches) and Huawei networking

Responsabilités

• Design, implement, and manage IT infrastructure platforms for secure, stable operations across internal and US client systems
• Monitor performance, troubleshoot proactively, and recommend capacity and reliability improvements
• Support infrastructure planning, procurement coordination, and budget justification
• Research, propose, and implement innovative technology solutions and platform enhancements
• Deploy system integrations and automation to optimize tools and processes
• Ensure infrastructure security through monitoring, threat analysis, incident response, and preventive controls
• Lead resolution of complex security incidents and drive process improvements
• Support business continuity planning, drills, and audits
• Document incidents, solutions, and best practices to strengthen resilience

Job Summary

Specialistsolves technical issues without predefined processes; drives process standardization and knowledge retention. Leads the development of technical documentation and knowledge bases. Demonstrates in-depth expertise in specific technical domains alongside a broad foundation. Identifies and mitigates risks in non-standard scenarios; proposes and escalates improvement suggestions; supports process optimization and standardization. Supports task management; facilitates knowledge sharing and technical exchanges among team members; leads resolution of technical issues.

• Design, implement, and manage IT infrastructure platforms to ensure secure, stable, and efficient operations across internal and US client systems.
• Monitor system performance, proactively troubleshoot issues, and recommend capacity, performance, and reliability improvements.
• Support infrastructure planning, procurement coordination, and budget justification.
• Research, propose, and implement innovative technology solutions and continuous platform enhancements.
• Deploy system integrations, automation scripts, and optimize operational tools.
• Ensure infrastructure security through monitoring, threat analysis, incident response, and preventive controls.
• Lead resolution of complex security incidents, perform root cause analysis, and recommend process improvements.
• Support business continuity planning (BCP), drills, and compliance or audit requirements.
• Document incidents, solutions, and best practices to strengthen operational resilience and security posture.

Qualifications & Experience:

• CCNA required; CCNP or equivalent advanced networking certification strongly preferred.
• Has 4 years of IT experience, including 2+ years in networking with hands‑on project involvement.
• Strong expertise in Cisco (ASA, IOS, switches), Huawei networking, and core network technologies (LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, VPNs, firewalls).
• Experience managing medium‑sized networks, with solid problem‑solving and project management abilities.
• Hands‑on experience with IT systems, including Windows Server (basic), Linux (Ubuntu preferred), and advanced networking platforms such as Cisco (ASA, IOS, switches) and Huawei.
• Strong foundation in networking technologies, including LAN/WAN, routing and switching, firewalls, VPNs, and common protocols (e.g., TCP/IP, DNS, BGP, OSPF, MPLS).
• Solid understanding of network security concepts such as ACLs, IDS, IPSec, and traffic optimization (QoS, latency management). Effective English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proven ability to work in a fast‑paced, multitasking environment while delivering high-quality service. Strong problem‑solving skills with a willingness and ability to rapidly learn new technologies.
• Project management experience, including participation in at least one project lasting six months or more.
• Demonstrates behaviors aligned with IT Specialist competency standards, including collaboration, adaptability, and continuous improvement
