They should also be comfortable in a fast-paced, rapid prototyping, MVP-oriented development scenarios, moving between front-end interfaces, back-end services, and data layers.

Qualificações

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Full-Stack Software Developer to design and build scalable web applications across the entire technology stack. The ideal candidate will turn business requirements into reliable, secure, and user-friendly software, working closely with product owners, architects, and fellow engineers. They should also be comfortable in a fast-paced, rapid prototyping, MVP-oriented development scenarios, moving between front-end interfaces, back-end services, and data layers.

Key Responsibilities

• Design & build software
• Work closely with customers or partners to understand their requirements, develop a prototype, and discuss potential technical solutions. Follow project schedule to plan, design, build and deploy solutions to meet clients’ needs.
• Execution & Maintenance
• Through a deep knowledge of one or more system areas, is responsible for bug fixing, feature/module enhancements, and provide users with software support. Consults, supports and guides other internal stakeholders, on impacts related to their owned system areas. Identify opportunities to innovate within owned areas.
• Identify & optimize system architecture and solution design, under mentorship of senior software engineers.
• Process and knowledge sharing
• Follow development process, create and maintain any required software documentation or project artifacts within our repository(s) and documentation library. Learn and share knowledge in his/her expertise area.

Required Technical Skills

• Advanced working knowledge of back-end development techniques and technologies—RESTful APIs, OpenAPI/Swagger, JSON, JWT, OAuth, and any back-end technology stack: Python (required) and C#/.NET (preferred) or Node.js or Java
• Good working knowledge of database technologies—Relational (SQL) and NoSQL data sources
• Good working knowledge of cloud services and technologies—Containers, Kubernetes, CI/CD, Git, and any cloud platform: Azure (preferred) or AWS or other
• Good working knowledge in developing AI-enabled applications—LLMs, Prompt Engineering, AI Agents, and MCPs
• Good working knowledge of Software Engineering concepts—development lifecycle, system architecture, unit testing, and others
• Good problem-solving skills
• Good communication skills, English (verbal and written) is required
• Experience in the Financial industry sector, specially in Insurance is preferred but not a prerequisite
• Work in accordance with applicable information security policies, processes, and procedures constituting the Information Security Management System of ReSource Pro.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or any other related field. Strong candidates holding an applicable degree with a good foundation on Algorithms, Computer Architecture, and Operating Systems will also be considered.
• Technical certifications related to Software Development or Architecture is advantage but not a pre-requisite.
• Minimum 5 years working experience within software development.
