Job summary

CT Link Systems Inc. in Metro Manila seeks a technical lead to develop, implement, maintain and support IT network security solutions, guiding pre-sales activities from discovery to proposal development.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of network, infrastructure or security administration experience and deep knowledge of firewalls, routing, NACLs, NIDS/NIPS, and the ability to document diagrams and communicate complex concepts clearly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/CE or related field
• At least 3–5 years of network, infrastructure or security administration experience
• Strong understanding of network concepts including firewalls, routing, NACLs, segmentation, remote access, proxy, NIDS/NIPS
• Ability to implement, administer, and troubleshoot network infrastructure devices
• Experience creating network diagrams and documentation for design and planning

• Ensure company and client sensitive information and IT equipment are kept safe by implementing correct security measures

Education

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Electronics and Communications Engineering related field of study

Experience and Competency

• At least 3-5 years of Network, Infrastructure or Security administration experience
• Excellent understanding of network concepts including firewalls, routing, NACLs, segmentation, remote access, proxy, NIDS/NIPS, transport protocols
• Ability to implement, administer, and troubleshoot network infrastructure devices
• Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures supporting multiple branch office/retail locations.
• Experience with implementation of policies and procedures for compliance and audits.
• Ability to create accurate network diagrams and documentation for design and planning network communication systems
• Strong attention to detail with an analytical mind and problem-solving skills
• Ability to explain complex technical detail and tradeoffs to non-technical associates.

• Proactive attitude and ability to work with minimal supervision
