Job summary

Indra Philippines, Inc. in Makati, Philippines is seeking a Network Engineer to join our team to support and optimize enterprise networking environments. You will act as an escalation contact for L1 Network Admin Support and help maintain end-to-end network performance.

Responsibilities include configuring LAN/WAN/Wireless devices, routers and switches, security configurations, and patch management. You will coordinate with vendors and document deployment plans for changes.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent/related course.
• 2 years minimum working experience in network technical support.
• Solid network troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with LAN/WAN/Wireless.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as escalation contact of L1 Network Admin Support on networking-related incidents/service requests.
• Monitor and manage end-to-end Network performance using monitoring tools.
• Configure/maintain LAN/WAN/Wireless devices and routers/switches.
• Administer/configure network security and perform OS upgrades/patching.
• Create network deployment guides and participate with third-party vendors when needed.
