Job summary

Logicalis Singapore Pte Ltd in the Philippines is seeking a network and security professional to implement, configure, and troubleshoot client networks, including routers, switches, wireless, load balancers, and Aruba devices.

You will manage client relationships, collaborate with project managers and Operations, produce Low-Level Design and As-built documents, and hand over projects to the client and operations team.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Bachelor's/Professional Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Implement network and security solutions for clients, configuring routers, switches, wireless, load balancers and Aruba devices; rack and stack devices; handle small to mid-sized projects.
• Troubleshoot network and security issues during deployment, diagnosing connectivity and configuration problems and analyzing traffic.
• Build and maintain client relationships, manage expectations and ensure client needs are met.
• Collaborate with project managers and Operations to deliver network and security services on time.
• Create technical documentation such as Low-Level Design, TDS, As-built, UAT and SAT; obtain client sign-off for closure.
• Provide knowledge transfer and handover to client and internal operations team.
