Job summary

ACCION LABS PHILIPPINES, INC. is seeking an IT Asset/Software Asset Management professional to track hardware, licenses, and contracts from purchase through renewal. The role emphasizes compliance, cost optimization, and close collaboration with IT, Procurement, Finance, and vendors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in IT Asset Management, Software Asset Management, IT Operations, or Procurement.
• Experience managing IT assets, software licenses, contracts, renewals, and software license compliance.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Excel to track information and prepare reports.
• Experience with ServiceNow SAM Pro, HAM Pro, CMDB, or Discovery is an advantage but not required.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills, with good attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Track company hardware, software, and licenses from purchase and setup to renewal or replacement.
• Check software licenses against actual usage to help prevent compliance issues and unnecessary costs.
• Monitor software contracts and renewal dates to ensure renewals are completed on time.
• Update IT asset and software license records using ServiceNow or similar asset management tools.
• Review asset reports to identify unused software, missing records, and opportunities to reduce costs.
• Work with IT, Procurement, Finance, and vendors to confirm asset details, resolve issues, and coordinate renewals.
• Prepare reports on IT assets, software licenses, usage, and renewals to support business decisions
