Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in network operational roles.
• Ability to manage both OPEX and CAPEX effectively.
• Strong incident management skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all incidents at assigned sites are resolved within target SLAs.
• Manage facility equipment and conduct first-line isolation for incidents.
• Engage with TCO for incident restoration.
