This professional is primarily responsible for ensuring the operational efficiency, availability, and reliability of assigned SKSK (Site Ko, Sagot Ko) sites, including Wireless, Wireline, and BT sites. The role demands a hands-on approach to Network Availability Management, requiring the engineer to conduct on-site restoration, manage facility equipment, and oversee vendor performance to meet strict Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Additionally, the ANM Engineer handles financial management regarding OPEX/CAPEX for site maintenance, supports project implementations, and ensures business continuity during disasters.**Key Responsibilities** **Network Availability & Operations Management*** **Restoration & SLA Compliance:** Support Year-over-Year (YoY) top-down targets by conducting on-site restoration and ensuring all incidents at SKSK sites are resolved within target SLAs.* **Incident Management:** Ensure Work Orders are properly filled with accurate Reason for Outage (RFO) and action taken data. Manage site issues such as access, rental, and electric bills, and escalate unresolved issues effectively.* **Maintenance:** Manage facility equipment, spare resources, and ensure readiness for restoration. Conduct first-line isolation for OSP-related incidents.* **Site Efficiency:** Manage facilities for Wireless, Wireline, and BT sites to ensure cost-efficient operations and compliance with Engineering, Safety, and Enterprise Risk Management standards.Additional Job Description **Vendor & 3rd Party Management*** **Performance Monitoring:** Ensure qualified 3rd Party Providers (3PP) use workforce management tools correctly and recommend scorecard ratings based on SLA agreements.* **Collaboration:** Engage with TCO counterparts for incident restoration and provide data input for TCO performance reviews.**Project Support & Planning*** **Site Assessment:** Conduct regular reviews, gap analyses, and assessments of electro-mechanical systems and buildings to prepare for rectification, co-location, or expansion.* **Implementation:** Support YoY programs and strategies to reduce network faults and vulnerabilities.* **Planning:** Provide inputs for network planning to accommodate roll-outs or upgrades and participate in Proof of Concept (POC) for operational sustainability.**Financial & Database Management*** **Asset Integrity:** Maintain accurate SKSK site information (databases, topology, site address, etc.) on digital platforms.* **Budget Oversight:** Review and justify OPEX and CAPEX expenditures based on fault history and maintenance needs.
