Job summary

Globe Telecom is seeking a dedicated telecommunications professional to perform first level maintenance and 24/7 surveillance of fixed core, transport and access networks in the Philippines. The role involves monitoring network KPIs, responding to alarms, and coordinating with resolving teams to ensure reliable service.

Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in Telecommunication and Computer Engineering, with licenses/certifications considered an advantage.

• Proactively monitor network and KPI threshold crossing alarms and endorse dispatch to appropriate resolving teams.
• Supply information for broadcast to communications management.
