Job summary

Globe Telecom is seeking a role focused on ensuring telecom service availability through preventive and corrective maintenance of wireless, wireline, B2B circuits, and transmission equipment. You will own site assets, manage suppliers, audit test results, and drive rapid restoration of incidents to meet operational SLAs.

The position also maintains site/asset records, manages spares/tools, and supports business continuity through BIA/BCMS participation.

Qualifications

• Experience in telecom maintenance and incident handling.
• Ability to manage multiple vendors and third parties.
• Focus on service availability and SLA compliance.

Responsibilities

• Ensure availability and continuity of telecom services through maintenance and incident management.
• Own wireless, wireline, B2B circuits and transmission equipment onsite.
• Manage suppliers and third-party services and monitor performance against SLAs.
• Audit PAT, HAT and SAT results and escalate major defects.
• Maintain accurate site and asset records, spares, and tools.
• Support business continuity via BIA and BCMS activities.
