Job summary

TaskUs PH is seeking a proactive student for a network operations role in Cavite. You will monitor core network health with enterprise tools, validate alerts, and perform initial diagnostics, escalating complex issues to NOC Engineers as required.

You will also assist in generating performance metrics, tracking device inventory, and maintaining documentation, while working onsite from 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday to Friday.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a degree program in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, IT, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of networking fundamentals including TCP/IP, OSI model, DNS/DHCP, subnetting, and routing/switching.
• Basic familiarity with network diagnostic tools such as ping, traceroute, and Wireshark.

Your Role

• Validate incoming alerts, perform initial diagnostic checks, and elevate complex issues to NOC Engineers following standard operating procedures.
• Perform infrastructure health checks and assist in generating network performance metrics for management.
• Help track device inventory, maintain knowledge base entries, and update network documentation.

About You

The company is looking for candidates who have:

• Current enrollment in a degree program in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, IT, or a related field.
