Job summary

Arbeit Group is seeking a Network Engineer (Philippines) to support customer experience and network performance within a telecom environment. The role focuses on handling events and VIP complaints, monitoring OSS KPIs, and analyzing drive-test data to drive improvements.

Experience with Globe CSP projects is highly preferred; Ericsson or Globe experience is an advantage. This is a local-only position based in the Philippines, requiring strong teamwork and proactive problem-solving attitude.

Qualifications

• Experience in OSS KPI monitoring and Drive Test (DT) analysis.
• Experience supporting customer complaints and event-related activities.
• Strong customer-facing and communication skills.
• Globe CSP project experience is highly preferred.
• Ericsson and/or Globe experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Handle Event and VIP customer complaints.
