Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years as Network Engineer or Network Support Engineer.

• Strong understanding of TCP/IP, VLANs, Routing, Switching, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and Wireless Networking.
• Experience with network monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
• Knowledge of incident, problem, and change management (ITIL experience is a plus).
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Juniper networking technologies, including Juniper Mist, SRX Firewalls, EX Switches, Wireless Access Points (WAPs), and Cradlepoint solutions. This role requires a solid understanding of network operations, security, troubleshooting, and performance optimization to ensure the availability and reliability of enterprise network services.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, support, and maintain enterprise network infrastructure using Juniper technologies.

• Configure, manage, and troubleshoot Juniper Mist, SRX Firewalls, EX Switches, Wireless Access Points (WAPs), and Cradlepoint devices.

• Monitor network performance, availability, and security, proactively identifying and resolving issues.

• Investigate and resolve network incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement preventive measures.

• Participate in incident, problem, and change management processes in accordance with ITIL best practices.

• Perform network upgrades, firmware updates, patching, and configuration changes while minimizing service disruption.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders to support business and technical requirements.

• Maintain accurate network documentation, diagrams, configurations, and operational procedures.

• Support network security initiatives by implementing firewall policies, secure connectivity, and access controls.

• Evaluate and leverage Generative AI (GenAI) tools to improve operational efficiency, automate routine administrative tasks, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications
