• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for network engineering and operations.
• Lead technical discussions and provide guidance to team members.
• Collaborate with multiple teams to implement network solutions and resolve critical issues.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance network reliability and operational efficiency.
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and operational documentation.
• Utilize network monitoring and diagnostic tools to proactively identify and resolve issues.
• Ensure compliance with operational standards, security policies, and service level agreements (SLAs).
