Job summary

Concentrix CVG Philippines is seeking an experienced Network Engineer to design, implement, and secure enterprise network infrastructure. The role focuses on routing, switching, and security across a fast-paced 24x7 environment, supporting day-to-day operations and network projects.

The ideal candidate will have 10–12 years of hands-on networking experience, strong expertise in BGP/OSPF/EIGRP, and experience with Cisco ASA, Fortinet, and Palo Alto firewalls.

Responsibilities

• Support and maintain enterprise network infrastructure across routers, switches, firewalls, wireless devices and controllers
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve network and security issues quickly and effectively
• Provide 24x7 first-level network support for outages and incidents
• Plan, install, configure, and optimize network and security hardware, software, and links
• Perform routine administration and maintenance of network devices and services
• Support infrastructure improvements and network-related projects
• Configure and troubleshoot BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, and STP
• Work with multi-vendor environments and security platforms (Cisco ASA, Fortinet, Palo Alto)
• Manage incidents and changes per SLA and processes
• Maintain proper documentation and follow standard procedures

About the role

Concentrix CVG Philippines is looking for an experienced Network Engineer to support, secure, and optimize enterprise network infrastructure. This role is responsible for planning, implementing, configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting network and security systems across the organization. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with routing, switching, firewalls, and network security, along with the ability to work in a fast-paced 24x7 support environment. This position offers an excellent opportunity to be part of the next wave of security and network services, supporting both day-to-day operations and network-related projects. The successful candidate will play a key role in incident management, change management, and service support to ensure timely resolution of issues and delivery of services within agreed SLAs.

Key responsibilities

• Support and maintain enterprise network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, wireless devices, and controllers
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve network and security-related issues quickly and effectively
• Provide 24x7 first-level network support for outages and operational incidents
• Plan, develop, install, configure, and optimize network and security hardware, software, and communication links
• Perform routine administration and maintenance of network devices and services
• Support infrastructure improvements and network-related projects
• Configure and troubleshoot BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, and STP
• Work with multi-vendor environments and security platforms such as Cisco ASA, Fortinet, and Palo Alto
• Manage assigned incidents and changes in accordance with operational processes and SLA requirements
• Maintain proper documentation and follow standard support procedures

About you

• 10-12 years of hands-on experience in networking, routing, switching, and security
• Proven experience supporting enterprise network environments
• Strong knowledge of routing and switching protocols
• Hands-on experience with BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, and STP
• Experience with Cisco ASA, Fortinet, and/or Palo Alto firewalls
• Familiarity with WIFI, routers, switches, firewalls, and controllers
• Good understanding of network infrastructure and application transport protocols
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work under pressure and resolve issues quickly
