Job summary

Concentrix is seeking a Network Engineer II in Cebu City to support and secure our global IT infrastructure. You will plan, install, configure, maintain, and optimize network and security hardware and software to ensure high availability and security across our systems.

Ideal candidates have deep routing and switching expertise, hands-on experience with Cisco ASA, Fortigate, and Palo Alto, and a proven track record of operating in a 24x7 support environment with strong incident and change

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience (10-12) years preferably on Routing Switching Security domain.
• Good command and expertise on Network devices including WIFI, firewalls, routers, switches, and controllers.
• A deep knowledge of application transport and network infrastructure protocols is highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Support and secure infrastructure including planning, installing, configuring, maintaining and optimizing network and security hardware software.
• Provide 24x7 first level support for network outages and related projects.
• Handle incident and change management to meet SLAs.
• Implement, administer, and troubleshoot network devices including WIFI, firewalls, routers, switches, and controllers.
