INFOSYS BPM LIMITED Philippine Branch is seeking a Network Engineer to design, deploy, and operate a high-traffic enterprise network in Clark. You will maintain performance, security, and compliance while collaborating with IT support and operations teams.

This role requires CCNA/CCNP and hands-on Cisco experience in enterprise environments. The successful candidate will manage Cisco ASA/Firepower, IPS, and AnyConnect, plus Check Point firewall appliances, with a strong emphasis on security,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Network Administration, IT, CS or related field required.
• CCNA and CCNP certifications required or in progress.
• Hands-on experience with Cisco routing and switching in enterprise environments.
• Experience with Cisco ASA, Firepower, IPS, and AnyConnect is essential.
• Knowledge of proxy infrastructure and Check Point firewall appliances.
• Strong security, patching, audit log review, and compliance understanding.

Responsibilities

• Configure, troubleshoot, and maintain enterprise IT network infrastructure.
• Support Cisco routing and switching technologies in a high-availability network.
• Install and support Cisco ASA, Firepower, IPS, routers, switches, and AnyConnect.
• Manage proxy infrastructure and Check Point firewall appliances.
• Apply security patches, IOS upgrades, audit logs, and access controls.
• Participate in security audits and remediation of findings.
• Monitor network performance to meet business requirements.
• Assist capacity planning, upgrades, and technology refresh.
• Follow ITIL best practices for Capacity, Change, Incident, and Vendor Management.
• Provide 24x7 operational support, including nights/weekends as needed.

About the role
We are seeking a skilled Network Engineer with strong hands-on experience in Cisco network technologies to support the design, deployment, and operations of a high-traffic enterprise network environment. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining network performance, availability, security, and compliance. You will work closely with IT support and operations teams while serving as an escalation point for network-related incidents.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING:

• Configure, troubleshoot, and maintain enterprise IT network infrastructure

• Support Cisco routing and switching technologies across a high-availability network environment

• Install, configure, and support Cisco network and security devices, including Cisco ASA, Cisco Firepower, IPS, routers, switches, and Cisco AnyConnect

• Manage and support Proxy infrastructure and Check Point firewall appliances

• Maintain network security and compliance by applying security patches, performing IOS upgrades and updates, reviewing audit and security logs, enforcing access controls, and updating network security guidelines

• Participate in internal, external, and client security audits, including identifying, tracking, and remediating security risks and audit findings

• Monitor and assess network performance to meet business and operational requirements

• Identify network performance issues and recommend appropriate corrective actions

• Support network capacity planning, hardware and software upgrades, and technology refresh and replacement initiatives

• Follow ITIL best practices for Capacity Management, Change Management, Incident Management, and Vendor Management

• Participate in disaster recovery operations and testing as required

• Provide 24x7 operational support, with flexibility to work nights and weekends

• Act as an escalation point for network-related incidents and resolve issues effectively in high-pressure situations

• Create and maintain accurate network diagrams, technical documentation, and networking and performance reports

• Ensure that documentation supports network design, planning, and operational continuity

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• Bachelor’s degree in Network Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field

• At least 4 to 5 years of hands-on experience in network administration and support roles

• Experience working in enterprise or high-availability network environments

• Strong hands-on experience with Cisco routing and switching technologies

• Experience supporting Cisco ASA, Cisco Firepower, IPS, routers, switches, and Cisco AnyConnect

• Working knowledge of Proxy infrastructure and Check Point firewall appliances

• Strong understanding of network security, access controls, patching, IOS upgrades, audit logs, and security compliance

• Knowledge of ITIL practices, including Capacity Management, Change Management, Incident Management, and Vendor Management

• Excellent communication, analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work effectively in high-pressure situations and handle escalated network incidents

• Must hold an active Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) certification

• Must hold an active Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) certification

• Must be willing to work in Clark

• Must be amenable to providing 24x7 operational support, including night and weekend work when required
