Job summary

HRTX in Makati City is seeking a seasoned Senior NOC/IT Operations Manager to lead a 15-person team across 24/7 shifts. You will oversee real-time monitoring, set SLAs, and collaborate with architects to define performance standards for new deployments.

The role requires 7+ years in performance monitoring and 5+ years of leadership, with ITIL 4, VMware VCP, or CompTIA Server+ certifications preferred. A hybrid work arrangement is offered in Makati.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in IT, Computer Science, or Engineering.
• 7+ years in performance monitoring.
• 5+ years leadership in managing 12+ staff in 24/7 enterprise environments.
• Proven experience managing 24/7 Network Operations Center (NOC) environments.
• Certifications preferred: ITIL 4, VMware VCP, CompTIA Server+.

Responsibilities

• Team & Operations Leadership: Lead and develop a 15-person team, managing 24/7 shift schedules, escalation workflows, and SOPs.
• Proactive System & Network Monitoring: Direct real-time monitoring across networks, servers, and applications using predictive analytics to prevent outages.
• Performance Benchmarking: Set performance baselines, thresholds, and SLOs to guide optimization across infrastructure and software teams.
• Capacity Planning & Strategy: Build long-term performance strategies, conduct capacity analysis to support infrastructure scaling, and evaluate new monitoring tools.
• Stakeholder Reporting & Collaboration: Deliver executive dashboards to senior management and partner with system architects to set performance standards for new deployments.
