Qualifications

• Bachelor's in IT/CS preferred or equivalent experience.
• Proven network admin experience with LAN/WAN.
• Strong knowledge of networking protocols and hardware.
• Firewall administration across Fortigate, Sophos, WatchGuard, PFSense.
• Wireless network administration (Ubiquiti, Meraki, TP-Link).
• Experience with PABX and SIP Trunking.
• Strong communication and proactive problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and troubleshoot LAN/WAN, servers, and network infrastructure.
• Ensure network performance via routine maintenance and upgrades.
• Manage network security with firewalls and IDS/IPS.
• Provide IT hardware/software support including installation and troubleshooting.
• Control user access across systems and document configurations.
• Perform on-site support at Mandaluyong office.
• Adapt to shifting schedule based on operations.

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Network Administrator to join our IT team at our Mandaluyong City office. This position plays a key role in ensuring the reliability, performance, and security of our computer networks and systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and the ability to handle both proactive and reactive network management.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot local and wide area networks (LAN/WAN), servers, and other network infrastructure.
• Ensure optimal performance of the network by performing routine system maintenance and implementing upgrades or improvements.
• Implement and manage network security measures including firewalls, antivirus, and intrusion detection systems.
• Provide support for IT hardware and software, including configuration, installation, and troubleshooting.
• Manage user access and permissions across various systems and platforms.
• Maintain documentation of network configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guides.
• Perform on-site support and maintenance at the Mandaluyong office.
• Be flexible to work on a shifting schedule based on operational requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred but not required with equivalent experience).
• Proven experience in network administration, systems support, or IT infrastructure.
• Strong knowledge of networking protocols, hardware (e.g., routers, switches), and system security best practices.
• Administration of Fortigate, Sophos, Watchguard, and PFSense firewall
• Administration of Ubiquiti, Meraki, and TPLink wireless
• Experience with PABX, Asterisk, and SIP Trunking
• Strong communication skills and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
