Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred; combination with coursework and experience considered.
• Certifications such as NSE4, NSE7, CCNA, CCNP are encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Perform network activations for Comcast customers per procedures.
• Support migrations to the Comcast network across SD-WAN, IPsec, NaaS, MPLS, SSL VPN.
• Configure and troubleshoot routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP).
• Establish BGP peerings and design routing policies.
• Collaborate with carriers to troubleshoot internet circuit issues.
• Activate and configure cloud services (Azure and AWS).
• Deploy and manage FortiGate VMs and Silverpeak instances.
• Provide data-path technical expertise and documentation.
• Work with FortiManager and authentication methods (RADIUS, LDAP, SAML).
• Maintain detailed activation notes and troubleshooting steps.
