Job summary

Comcast Business is seeking a senior network engineer to drive activations, migrations, and cloud-enabled deployments. You will configure routing protocols, establish BGP peerings, and collaborate with carriers to ensure reliable connectivity.

The role requires 5–7 years of hands-on experience, relevant certifications, and the ability to work nights, weekends, and overtime as needed in a hybrid on-site/remote setup at Ortigas Pasig City.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience.
• 5–7 years of relevant network engineering experience.
• Certifications such as NSE4, NSE7, CCNA, CCNP are highly encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Perform network activations for Comcast customers following established procedures.
• Support migrations to the Comcast network across SD-WAN, IPsec, NaaS, MPLS, and SSL VPN.
• Configure and troubleshoot routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP).
• Establish BGP peerings and design routing policies.
• Collaborate with carriers to resolve internet circuit issues.
• Activate and configure cloud services (Azure, AWS) for hybrid deployments.
• Manage virtual appliances in cloud environments (FortiGate VMs, Silverpeak).
• Provide data-side network expertise and ensure seamless integration with customer environments.
