Job summary

Cofense is hiring an Accounting Systems Manager in Manila to own NetSuite as the system of record and to optimize integrations with Navan, Tipalti, UKG, and Avalara. Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in accounting or finance systems, with hands-on NetSuite administration experience.
• Direct admin experience with Navan, Tipalti, or Avalara strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of accounting fundamentals (GL, AP, payroll journal entries, intercompany/consolidation concepts).
• Comfort working with APIs, integration platforms, or middleware concepts.
• Experience using AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT) for practical business/accounting use cases.
• Strong Excel skills; SQL or scripting experience a plus.
• Experience in a multi-entity or multi-currency environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary NetSuite administrator: users, roles, workflows, saved searches, custom fields, dashboards.
• Maintain COA, subsidiaries, intercompany structures; support multi-entity consolidation.
• Manage NetSuite releases, sandbox testing, and change control for close cycles.
• Develop NetSuite reports and saved searches for evolving reporting needs.
• Collaborate with Controller to translate needs into scalable NetSuite configurations.
• Admin Navan, Tipalti, Avalara: user setup, approvals, vendor/tax settings; maintain integrations.
• Troubleshoot integration failures and mapping discrepancies across systems.
• Build AI-assisted workflows for document review, variance analysis, and reporting.
• Document data flows, mappings, and system dependencies; train users on tools.
