Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance and professional credentials.
• Proven experience in accounting leadership or management roles.
• Experience overseeing financial reporting, month-end and year-end closings.
• Experience coordinating audits, tax compliance, and statutory reporting.
• Hands-on with ERP and financial systems, preferably NetSuite.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily accounting operations including AR, AP, GL, and financial reporting.
• Lead month-end and year-end closing processes with timely reporting.
• Review reconciliations, journal entries, and supporting schedules for accuracy.
• Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, and regulators.
• Drive internal controls, process improvement, and ERP optimisation initiatives.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis across entities.
• Develop and coach accounting team, set performance expectations.
