Job summary

SEAOIL Philippines, Inc. is seeking a Manager (Corporate Application System - NetSuite) to leverage deep NetSuite expertise, accounting knowledge, and business-process understanding to analyze requirements, configure and implement ERP solutions, troubleshoot issues, and drive continuous improvements.

While NetSuite remains the primary platform, the role also supports the implementation, configuration, and optimization of other ERP and enterprise applications to address evolving business needs.

Qualifications

• At least 6 years of experience with NetSuite ERP, including configuration, implementation, customization, and application support.
• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field; CPA certification and relevant NetSuite certifications are advantages.
• Strong NetSuite functional expertise: workflows, saved searches, custom fields, forms, reports, roles, permissions, and approval configurations.
• Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial processes: GL, AP, AR, journal entries, reconciliations, financial reporting, and period-end closing.
• Experience handling end-to-end business processes involving sales orders, invoicing, purchasing, inventory, and related financial transactions.
• Working knowledge of NetSuite technical capabilities: SuiteScript, APIs, integrations, and data structures; ability to troubleshoot and evaluate technical solutions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to translate business requirements into functional/technical solutions.
• Experience implementing enhancements, conducting system testing, and resolving ERP issues.
• Ability to train and support users on NetSuite functionality; excellent communication and collaboration with stakeholders and technical teams.
