Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on experience as a NetSuite Administrator, including configuration and day-to-day ERP support.
• Hands-on experience with Advanced Inventory Management and intercompany transactions.
• Solid understanding of O2C, P2P, returns, and intercompany processes.
• Strong reporting and analytical skills with saved searches, reports, and KPIs.
• Experience with NetSuite release preview testing and upgrade transitions.
• Familiarity with AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot) in daily work.

Responsibilities

• Triage and resolve NetSuite support tickets (saved searches, reports, workflows, form config, user access).
• Manage users, roles, and permissions; review access regularly.
• Build and maintain saved searches, reports, dashboards, and KPIs.
• Data maintenance including CSV imports and mass updates; ensure data accuracy.
• Support day-to-day transactions across O2C, P2P, returns, intercompany, inventory.
• Test NetSuite releases in preview/sandbox; assist in testing new features.
