Job summary

WJ Groundwater Philippines seeks a NetSuite Administrator/Developer to support and enhance our Oracle NetSuite ERP for international construction, equipment rental, engineering, and consultancy operations.

This hands-on role requires deep knowledge of NetSuite technology and business processes and offers opportunities to design, implement, and optimize the system across multiple business units.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of hands-on NetSuite experience in an administrator, developer, consultant, or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of NetSuite administration and configuration.
• Good working knowledge of SuiteScript 2.x / 2.1.
• Experience with SuiteFlow, Saved Searches, SuiteAnalytics, SuiteQL, and dashboards.
• Experience integrating NetSuite with external applications and APIs.
• Good knowledge of JavaScript, SQL, REST APIs, JSON/XML, and data structures.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical users.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain our NetSuite ERP environment.
• Configure NetSuite modules, workflows, forms, custom records, fields, and permissions.
• Develop custom solutions using SuiteScript 2.x / 2.1.
• Create Saved Searches, SuiteAnalytics, dashboards, KPIs, and management reports.
• Integrate NetSuite with third-party applications using REST APIs, web services, and other integration tools.
• Develop automated workflows and processes to reduce manual work and spreadsheets.
• Extract, analyse, and connect data from different NetSuite modules.
• Support integration with tools such as Power BI, Microsoft 365, CRM, HR, procurement, banking, and other business systems
• Work with Finance, Operations, Projects, Equipment, Procurement, Sales, and Management to identify system improvements.
• Troubleshoot system issues and provide technical support to users.
• Assist in developing NetSuite functionality for construction projects, equipment rental, contracting, and engineering consultancy.
• Document system configurations, integrations, and custom developments.

• Experience with project accounting, job costing, fixed assets, inventory, procurement, and equipment/asset management.
• Experience with Power BI or other business intelligence platforms.
• NetSuite certifications such as SuiteFoundation, Administrator, or SuiteCloud Developer.
