Job summary

Pioneer Square Brands in Pasig, Philippines, is seeking a highly motivated Business Systems Coordinator to support the IT team by handling NetSuite tickets (Tier 1–2), assisting day-to-day system requests, and backing AI and automation initiatives.

You will gain hands-on experience with NetSuite, Power Automate, Copilot, Claude, and related tools through structured cross-training, while collaborating across departments to improve workflow efficiency.

Qualifications

• Educational background in Computer Science, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in ERP systems and deploying AI tools.
• Hands-on experience with NetSuite, Power Automate, Claude or Copilot is a strong advantage.
• Ability to translate requirements from non-technical users into practical solutions.

Responsibilities

• NetSuite & WMS ticket support (Tier 1/2), including troubleshooting and access requests.
• Assist in AI and automation projects; test, document configurations, and monitor workflows.
• Build knowledge of Salesforce and other business systems to provide cross-functional backup.

Title: Business Systems Coordinator

Location/Set-Up: Silver City, Pasig, Metro Manila (Hybrid)

About the role:

Reporting to our IT Team Lead, this role will support the IT team by handling tier 1 & tier 2 NetSuite tickets, assist with day-to-day system and operational requests, and support the delivery of AI and automation projects across the business. The Business Systems Specialist will gain foundational knowledge in NetSuite, business process automation, and AI-enabled solutions through structured cross-training and mentorship.

Job Responsibilities:

NetSuite & WMS Ticket Support (Tier 1 / Tier 2)

• Respond to and resolve Tier 1 / Tier 2 NetSuite support tickets, including WMS related tickets
• Troubleshoot basic system issues and user access request
• Participate in structured weekly NetSuite training with NetSuite Administrator
• Learn PSB system processes across departments to improve support efficiency
• Build foundational SuiteScript knowledge to support customizations & workflow troubleshooting

AI and Automation Solutions

• Work alongside PSB’s AI team; assist in building and testing automation workflows using Power Automate, Copilot, and other approved tools
• Monitor live AI and automation workflows, troubleshoot errors, and elevate as needed
• Test and validate solutions before release, and document configurations for ongoing support
• Support the intake process by documenting requests and scoping out the solution/workflow

Additional Responsibilities

• Build working knowledge of Salesforce, basic IT support, and other business systems to provide cross-functional backup support
• Assist other teams with basic system, technical, and operational needs as required

Job Qualifications:

• Educational background in Computer Science, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, or related field
• At least 1-3 years of experience in ERP Systems & leveraging/deploying AI tools
• Hands-on experience with NetSuite, Power Automate, Claude, or Copilot is a strong advantage
• Ability to gather requirements from non-technical business users and translate them into practical solutions
• Excellent problem-solving & analytical skills
• Good English communication skills
• Eagerness to learn new tools and platforms quickly as technology evolves
• Ability and willingness to work on a hybrid night shift work setup in Silver City, Pasig

Skills & Competencies:

• Working knowledge of ERP systems, ideally NetSuite
• Familiarity with workflow automation and AI tools such as Power Automate or Copilot
• Ability to troubleshoot issues methodically and elevate appropriately
• Clear written and verbal communication with both technical and non-technical users
• Strong attention to detail, particularly when testing and validating solutions
• Organized and able to manage multiple requests and priorities at once
• Collaborative, comfortable working across departments and time zones
• Adaptable, with a willingness to learn new systems and tools

Success Factors:

• Consistently resolve NetSuite support tickets within SLA
• Complete structured NetSuite training milestones on schedule
• Reduce escalations to the NetSuite Administrator over time as knowledge builds
• Independently monitor live AI workflows, resolving routine errors without escalation
• Co-own & drive the successful delivery of AI initiative projects each quarter
• Build proficiency in key business systems and provide effective cross-functional backup support as needed
