Job summary

MicroSourcing in Eastwood, Libis, Quezon City is seeking a Netsuite Accounting Specialist to manage daily bookkeeping tasks, AP/AR processing, and month-end activities. You will reconcile accounts, prepare journal entries, and maintain the general ledger in line with policy.

The role also involves payroll support and producing timely financial reports for business decisions. Applicants should have at least 2 years in accounting, strong Excel skills, and excellent English communication.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of bookkeeping or accounting experience.
• Strong understanding of bookkeeping principles and financial recordkeeping.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience processing AP, AR, bank reconciliations, and journal entries.
• Excellent attention to detail with strong organisational and time management skills.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Record and maintain accurate daily financial transactions and ensure all financial records are up to date.
• Process Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) transactions in a timely and accurate manner.
• Reconcile bank accounts, credit card statements, and other financial records to ensure data accuracy.
• Prepare journal entries and support month-end closing activities.
• Maintain the general ledger and ensure financial records comply with company policies and accounting standards.
• Generate financial reports and provide timely financial information to support business decision-making.
• Assist with payroll processing and maintain accurate payroll-related records.
• Support the accounting team with finance-related administrative tasks and contribute to process improvements.
